Split Day.

Today I worked my butt off. But, I had too because we had In-N-Out for lunch:) YUM!

Gym 6:00am
2.5 miles eliptical, arms and back, abs, 10 bike.

Gym 8:00pm
2.5 miles eliptical

5 Out of 7

aint bad. I worked out 5 days this week! I went to the gym 4 of those days. I dropped another 3lbs also!!!!!! That makes a total of 12 lbs gone. Woo Hoo!

Saturday Workout:
7:00 pm- Gym
2.5 miles eliptical
abs workout
1 mile treadmill
back and arms workout

Trying out the Gym.

So two years ago for Christmas, Chris got me a pass to Gold's Gym. I went a few times but could never seem to find the time. It was always easier to just run with the boys in the stroller. But, without a triple stroller, not happening. Plus my knees and back have been giving me lots of trouble, so this week I hit the gym and LOVED it!

Monday:
5:00am Gym- 2 miles on eliptical, 10 minutes on stair stepper and abs workout

Tuesday:
8:00pm Gym- same as above

Wednesday:
6:00am 3 mile run-wore my new shoes and killed my knees all over again:(

Thursday:
Rested and let my knees recover

Friday:
6:00am Gym-3 miles on eliptical, abs workout

Weeks Recap.

I was able to run monday, wednesday, thursday, friday and saturday. That's a great week for me. Each day was about 2 miles. I need to pick it up again. I think I've decided I'd really like to do a triathalon. There is a all girls one in May. I've really got to get serious!

Here Comes the Cold

This morning when I went to run, it had turned cold! It took me quite awhile to get warmed up. I guess I'll have to put on more layers from here on out!

Slacker in posting,

But at least not a Slacker in running! I did really good last week and ran 5 days!!! I've started a new route which is about 2-2.5 miles that includes the lamb hill, the harmon hill, and the Monthill hill. It's been a great workout.
