Christmas Week.

So 4 days of the gym on Christmas week isn't bad. I was happy when i got on the scale at the gym, saturday and instead of seeing that I had gained a few lbs, which I totally was anticipating, I had lost 2!!! I've tried to be good this holiday, but I've still not gone without anything, so I was shocked, but totally stoked! I'm ready to give another BIG push and loose more. 8 more lbs and I get the WII fit:) But, I don't want to stop there either.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday Gym workout.
4 miles elpitical
1o min stairclimber
abs and arms and back

Thursday and Friday-WII boxing. I can't believe how sore I was after having been working out so much. It's amazing how many different muscles we have, eh?

Maintain...

I've decided as long as I keep working out just as hard, I can still maintain without gaining, but still enjoy the holidays and the fun of Christmas candy and treats. I'll still be good, but enjoy too.


Monday
Gym workout:
3 mile eliptical
abs and arms

Played basketball and ran lines.

Tuesday
Gym workout
3 miles eliptical
abs and back

wednesday
Played in the snow all day...no formal workout but, up and down those hills in boots in the snow pulling kids and a sled...burnin some calories:)

Two Week Catch Up

I've gotten to be such a slacker at posting my workouts. Luckily though, I haven't been a slacker on workingout. I guess that's whats really important anyway. I have now lost 15lbs. It makes me so motivated to keep working. I am so lucky that Chris is so supportive and makes it possible for me to go to the gym so much. Last night he gave me an incentive for my next goal of another 10lbs. When I've lost it, we get to get a Wii with the Wii Fit. I'm so excited. I've heard such great things about the Wii Fit. So, I've got to kick it up a notch:)

Last week:
Went to the gym 5 times. Even while in Ely for the Polar Express, I went to their little nasty workout center at our hotel. It wasn't a great workout, but I was sick and it was almost 10:00 at night. The rest of the week was pretty good. It's just hard to workout with a cold!

This week:
Monday, was a split am and pm. I did 3 miles on the eliptical each time, plus abs and arms.
Tuesday, I had the flu so I took the day off.
Wednesday, pm at the gym. Did a little over 4 miles on the eliptical and killer abs, and arms. Thursday, pm at the gym 4 miles eliptical, abs and back. Friday pm at the gym...3 miles eliptical and 10 minutes on the stair climber, abs.

Thanksgiving Week Rocked!

So, I was so nervous about a Holiday week. But, I kicked butt. I made it to the gym 5 times still and ended up loosing 4 lbs!!!! WOO HOOOOOOO!!!
