From last post till today! Ha.
Holy Slacker on the posting! Happy to say though that I have not been that big of a slacker at working out. I've been going strong still even had quite a few double workout days! I don't know why I just never got around to tracking them. Ugh, life I guess.

I Guess the Competition is still going????
I haven't heard from Ben so, I'm still just working towards losing more. At this point I have lost 12lbs!!!! Not too bad in a month. That makes a Grand total of 26 lbs. There is still more to go, but I'm feeling such a difference and am so much more comfortable with myself. On saturday I ran my first 5 K since Trev. It was such a blast. I felt really good about how I did am so excited for the next race.

Rest...wanted to go to Sky Mania again, but stayed home and talked with Chris:)

AM Run with Britt. My back and knees were killing me so i just ran 1.3 miles and walked 3. It was so nice to do some exercise but most of all to have such great conversation. I miss that in my sister as a running partner.

5:00am Run~ 7 miles!!!!! I can't even begin to express my excitement on this run. It felt so good that I even ended with Lamb and Harmon Hill then back down Lamb and up Monthill! So good!

Wow, time is going fast! I haven't been able to weigh in the mornings this week, so by judging night time weigh ins, I think I'm down another 5-6 lbs!!!! I don't want to get my hopes up too high though. The worst part is, I find myself becoming more comfortable and cheating a little here and there. I've got to stay strong!

Morning (after Chris got back from Temple) 4.1 mile run!!! Todays run was awesome. I hit a major wall and made myself push through. It felt so great. This is the farthest I've ran (off the treadmill) since before I was pregnant with Logan and before that...the 1/2 marathon before I was even married. I'm feeling good!
Afternoon walk with FitFlops and the boys.

5:00 am 5.1 mile run with Britt!!!!!!!!!!!! Whooo Hoooooooo. I'm so excited. And it felt so I good. I could have kept running. But it was good we came back, because all three boys were awake and Trevor was hungry.

A New Goal.
So, Ben and I have a Bet/Competition going. We have 30 days starting Monday February 23rd. Whoever loses the most weight wins. (To make it fair, he has to loose 1 1/2 times as much, since he has more to loose and is a guy). The winner gets Movie tickets. I'm so excited to have a motivation and someone to be accountable to. So, here is the starting stats...i can't wait to see it start dropping!

5:00am Garage 45 minutes 4 miles, 650 calories Treadmill.

6:00am Run 2 miles...little issue...1.5 miles
Thursday:
5:00 am .5 mile run/3 mile walk with Britt.
6:00am 4 mile run Paradise Crest.

That completes my week. I also weighed in on saturday...202!!!! Down 6lbs. ALthough friday night when I weighed in, it said no change at all. I could have cried. So, I was super excited to realize I'm pretty retarded and the work IS paying off!!!

3 Week Catch-Up!

Slacker...
Okay I've been a total slacker at recording my workouts...but the good news...I have not been a slacker about working out. I've still gotten in 6-7 workouts a week for the past 3 weeks. I just haven't been quite as good at my eating...especially the no eating past 7:00 rule I set for myself. We are driving home from Idaho right now and this weekend was especially bad in eating which really helps me to be strictly motivated to get it all in check again. I did workout at the hotel both days we were there, however, which I was proud of. So...here's to another BIG push!

Made it through the Holidays!!
Okay, this week officially ends the "Holiday Season". So, I made it with no gain and a loss of 2lbs. not bad. In fact, it's very motivating. I think I can start dropping now. We spent wednesday-saturday in Alamo, so i am quite pleased that I still fit in 4 workouts!!! Not to mention all the running around while waitressing at The Shack.
