So two years ago for Christmas, Chris got me a pass to Gold's Gym. I went a few times but could never seem to find the time. It was always easier to just run with the boys in the stroller. But, without a triple stroller, not happening. Plus my knees and back have been giving me lots of trouble, so this week I hit the gym and LOVED it!
Monday:
5:00am Gym- 2 miles on eliptical, 10 minutes on stair stepper and abs workout
Tuesday:
8:00pm Gym- same as above
Wednesday:
6:00am 3 mile run-wore my new shoes and killed my knees all over again:(
Thursday:
Rested and let my knees recover
Friday:
6:00am Gym-3 miles on eliptical, abs workout
