5 Out of 7

aint bad. I worked out 5 days this week! I went to the gym 4 of those days. I dropped another 3lbs also!!!!!! That makes a total of 12 lbs gone. Woo Hoo!

Saturday Workout:
7:00 pm- Gym
2.5 miles eliptical
abs workout
1 mile treadmill
back and arms workout
