Two Week Catch Up

I've gotten to be such a slacker at posting my workouts. Luckily though, I haven't been a slacker on workingout. I guess that's whats really important anyway. I have now lost 15lbs. It makes me so motivated to keep working. I am so lucky that Chris is so supportive and makes it possible for me to go to the gym so much. Last night he gave me an incentive for my next goal of another 10lbs. When I've lost it, we get to get a Wii with the Wii Fit. I'm so excited. I've heard such great things about the Wii Fit. So, I've got to kick it up a notch:)

Last week:
Went to the gym 5 times. Even while in Ely for the Polar Express, I went to their little nasty workout center at our hotel. It wasn't a great workout, but I was sick and it was almost 10:00 at night. The rest of the week was pretty good. It's just hard to workout with a cold!

This week:
Monday, was a split am and pm. I did 3 miles on the eliptical each time, plus abs and arms.
Tuesday, I had the flu so I took the day off.
Wednesday, pm at the gym. Did a little over 4 miles on the eliptical and killer abs, and arms. Thursday, pm at the gym 4 miles eliptical, abs and back. Friday pm at the gym...3 miles eliptical and 10 minutes on the stair climber, abs.
