Christmas Week.

So 4 days of the gym on Christmas week isn't bad. I was happy when i got on the scale at the gym, saturday and instead of seeing that I had gained a few lbs, which I totally was anticipating, I had lost 2!!! I've tried to be good this holiday, but I've still not gone without anything, so I was shocked, but totally stoked! I'm ready to give another BIG push and loose more. 8 more lbs and I get the WII fit:) But, I don't want to stop there either.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday Gym workout.
4 miles elpitical
1o min stairclimber
abs and arms and back

Thursday and Friday-WII boxing. I can't believe how sore I was after having been working out so much. It's amazing how many different muscles we have, eh?
