3 Week Catch-Up!

I have still been working out 5-7 times a week. I surely can't remember what I have done each of those workouts, but I have been doing them. I really want to keep a record so I can look back and see just how much I did. I guess I'll start posting this weeks and have to keep up from here...



Monday:

PM Gym. 30 minutes Eliptical 10 minutes StairClimber



Wednesday:

AM Gym. 20 Minutes Eliptical 10 Minutes StairClimber



Thursday:

AM- JM DVD
PM-Gym 30 minutes Eliptical, abs

Friday:
Rest

Saturday:
Morning 2.5 Mile run with Logan.
