Slacker...
Okay I've been a total slacker at recording my workouts...but the good news...I have not been a slacker about working out. I've still gotten in 6-7 workouts a week for the past 3 weeks. I just haven't been quite as good at my eating...especially the no eating past 7:00 rule I set for myself. We are driving home from Idaho right now and this weekend was especially bad in eating which really helps me to be strictly motivated to get it all in check again. I did workout at the hotel both days we were there, however, which I was proud of. So...here's to another BIG push!
