5:00 am~ 8 MILES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so stoked about this and it was 40mph winds:)



Thursday:

5:00am~Gym~25minutes eliptical, arms, abs



Friday:
5:00am~4 miles

Saturday:

Jillian Michaels Workout

Tuesday:
Slacker

Wednesday:
Slacker

Thursday:
3 miles

Friday:
4 miles.

This week was tough. Adjusting to Chris' new calling left little time to workout. Next week will be better...it has to!
