From last post till today! Ha.

Holy Slacker on the posting! Happy to say though that I have not been that big of a slacker at working out. I've been going strong still even had quite a few double workout days! I don't know why I just never got around to tracking them. Ugh, life I guess.

So starting for this week:



Monday:

Was going to go to Body Pump with Chris at pm so went for walk with boys in the morning. We ended up going to the lake instead so I hit the gym late and did 3 miles and abs.



Tuesday:

Nada



Wednesday:

3.5 miles early morning run
pm Body Pump with Chris!

Thursday:
3 mile run

Friday:
4 mile Run

Saturday:
nada
