My knees have been hurting me really bad, so I took the rest of the week of last week, hoping that would help. Today I got to go running outside while Chris stayed home with the boys. Both him and Logan are sick and I needed a break BADLY! As soon as I started running, my knees starting aching. I'm so afraid it's my new shoes, which I love dearly:( So, I only ran a mile that walked some then ran a litte more. Although, I'm pretty sure my walk was faster than my run...I was SLOW today! Oh well, it was better than nothing and it got me out of the house. I'm going to try running in my old shoes and see if there is a difference.

Lynette! You are awesome and inspirational! I've been taking time off from blogging and reading them, but just saw that you had started this one awhile ago. And I am totally bummed too that I can't be running with you in Vegas right now (the weather would be much warmer too!) :) Way to go, I am seriously impressed and it makes me want to make my running a bigger priority. I am getting out every so often but not consistently, so thanks for sharing this; I hope you'll be ok if I follow this blog too, since it a mom of 3 young boys can do what you're doing, I can too! :) You're great. Oh, and my knees were killing too--I think it was my shoes too. Mine have been better since I got another pair. Good luck with that, no fun!
