Chris woke me up at 6:00 so I could run before he left for work. It was suppose to be 5:30, so I was grateful for the extra 1/2 hour of sleep:) My knees didn't hurt at all today...so it's confirmed, it's my new shoes:( It was a hard typical monday run. But, I pushed through and kept running. Every step from the first step, felt like a wall. I know in time it's going to get easier. I'm so proud of myself at how well I've already stuck to it!

3/4 Mile walked
