Those Darn Side Aches

Lately when I have been running, I have gotten the worst side aches at about .5 miles! They are killing me. This morning, no different. So after a mile, I jumped on the computer and did a little research. It said to breath more deeply, exhale when the left foot hits, and purse your lips on the exhale. So, I ran another mile, practicing the new breathing and- IT WORKED! Finally no side ache. It was awesome.
