Today I had my best run so far. I hit a major wall and pushed through it. It was so proud of myself:) It gives me such hope again. The breathing (when I remember to do it) definetly helps with the sideaches. My knees haven't hurt since I switched shoes, now if I could get my back dialed in. Ice and Advil are my best friends at night!
