Made it through the Holidays!!

Okay, this week officially ends the "Holiday Season". So, I made it with no gain and a loss of 2lbs. not bad. In fact, it's very motivating. I think I can start dropping now. We spent wednesday-saturday in Alamo, so i am quite pleased that I still fit in 4 workouts!!! Not to mention all the running around while waitressing at The Shack.

Monday Split.
AM Run
PM Gym, eliptical, stair climber, abs and arms

Tuesday
PM Gym eliptical, abs and arms

Saturday
PM Gym hard elpitical-400 calories, abs
