I haven't heard from Ben so, I'm still just working towards losing more. At this point I have lost 12lbs!!!! Not too bad in a month. That makes a Grand total of 26 lbs. There is still more to go, but I'm feeling such a difference and am so much more comfortable with myself. On saturday I ran my first 5 K since Trev. It was such a blast. I felt really good about how I did am so excited for the next race.
Monday:
AM Gym~30 minutes Eliptical
Tuesday:
Rest...wanted to go to Sky Mania again, but stayed home and talked with Chris:)
Wednesday:
AM Gym~ 3.6 miles, 30 minutes, 400 calories Eliptical, 20 minutes, 200 calories Stair climber.
Thusday:'
AM Run with Britt. My back and knees were killing me so i just ran 1.3 miles and walked 3. It was so nice to do some exercise but most of all to have such great conversation. I miss that in my sister as a running partner.
Friday:
5:00am Run~ 7 miles!!!!! I can't even begin to express my excitement on this run. It felt so good that I even ended with Lamb and Harmon Hill then back down Lamb and up Monthill! So good!
Saturday:
Rest...but I did ride my horse for 2 hours:) and I was a little sore from my run yesterday morning.
