Week 4 of the Competition.

Last week...gotta make it good!





Monday:


5:00am Gym~35 minutes, 4.5 miles, 550 calories eliptical. 10 minutes Stairclimber. Abs and Arms.





Tunnels hike...8 miles!



Tuesday:

PM~ Sky Mania~ 1 Hour Sky Aerobics...so awesome! It was really fun to do something different.



Wednesday:

5:00am run 6.3 miles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thursday:
PM Gym...Can't remember what I did though.

Friday:
Rest

Saturday:
5K Race at Springs Preserve...27:24!
