Okay new week...
Monday:
500am Gym~10 minutes, 150 calories Stair Climber, 35 minutes 500 Calories Eliptical.
Arms and abs
Tuesday:
Morning (after Chris got back from Temple) 4.1 mile run!!! Todays run was awesome. I hit a major wall and made myself push through. It felt so great. This is the farthest I've ran (off the treadmill) since before I was pregnant with Logan and before that...the 1/2 marathon before I was even married. I'm feeling good!
Afternoon walk with FitFlops and the boys.
Wednesday:
AM Gym~40minutes Eliptical abs, arms
Afternoon 20 minute JM workout
Thursday:
5:00 am 5.1 mile run with Britt!!!!!!!!!!!! Whooo Hoooooooo. I'm so excited. And it felt so I good. I could have kept running. But it was good we came back, because all three boys were awake and Trevor was hungry.
Friday:
Rest
Saturday:
AM 3 Mile run...it was HARD. I had a side-ache the whole way. It's kinda fun that my maximum is now my minimum!
Afternoon Gym-15 minutes stairclimber. abs.
Evening- walk with the boys while Chris was at the Priesthood Leadership meeting.
Sunday:
Nice long afternoon walk!
