Week 3

Wow, time is going fast! I haven't been able to weigh in the mornings this week, so by judging night time weigh ins, I think I'm down another 5-6 lbs!!!! I don't want to get my hopes up too high though. The worst part is, I find myself becoming more comfortable and cheating a little here and there. I've got to stay strong!



Monday:

Afternoon Gym~ 20 minutes stair climber, 25 minutes eliptical



Tuesday:

Afternoon backyard~ jump rope, weights, squats, and abs.



Wednesday:

AM run~ 5.5 miles! Whooo hoooooooooo!!!!!



Thursday:

AM run with Britt. About 5.5 miles (walked some) After Britt and I were done, I went on a short run myself. Our big loop, down by mom and dads, up Lamb Hill, then down and up HARMON hill:) Abs and Arms.

Friday:
Rest

Saturday:
AM 4.5 miles in Alamo. Elevation was a killer!

Sunday:
Nice Long Afternoon walk.
